This tool is designed to let you receive mortgage estimates without giving us information that identifies you.
The calculator is anonymous
You do not need to provide your name, email address, phone number, street address, Social Security number, or date of birth to see your results. The calculator uses only the financial and general information needed to produce estimates.
Information used for your estimates
You may enter information such as gross income, monthly debt payments, estimated credit-score range, available cash, property type, occupancy, household size, city, county, and ZIP code. ZIP code may be used for a preliminary down payment assistance review. We do not request a street address for that anonymous review.
Session storage
Your calculator answers are kept temporarily in your browser session so you can move between results, comparisons, and other tools without entering the same information again. Contact details and street addresses are not part of that anonymous financial profile.
Sharing your results is optional
After you see your results, you may choose to share them if you want help. Only then may you be asked for contact information such as your name, email address, or phone number. That action is separate from the calculator and is never required to receive results.
How shared information is used
If you choose to share your results, the information you provide may be used to respond to your request, review loan or assistance options, and provide the follow-up you requested. We do not sell or rent your personal information for third-party marketing.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking to operate the calculator. We may use technical browser storage to keep your answers, language preference, and session state working.
Security and service providers
We use infrastructure and communication providers to operate the service. When you choose to share information, those providers may process it only as needed to deliver the requested service and subject to their security and privacy obligations.
Your choices
You can use the calculator without identifying yourself. If you voluntarily shared contact information and want to request access, correction, or deletion, contact us using the information below.
